We have a huge herb delivery in our midst...if you're feeling a Minty madness coming on we at World's End garden centre offer the following:
Basil mint, Garden mint, Chocolate pepper mint, Ginger mint, Black pepper mint, Apple mint, Garden mint, English lamb mint, Moroccan mint and much more. Because there are times in life when one needs variety....For the salad  and leaf lovers out there we have Salad rocket, Wild rocket, Vietnamese coriander, Chives, Garlic chives, Artichoke, Tomatoes, Sweet peas, Nasturtium-beautiful edible flowers, Broad leaved sorrel, Borridge-young leaves that can be used in green salads vegetable soups and pickles, beware those with sensitive skins as they can be a skin irritant!

For the hearty meat, poultry and fish lovers we have Rosemary, Thyme, French tarragan, Bay, Lemon balm and an awesome selection of Sage: Tangerine sage, Tri colour sage, Hot lips sage, Pineapple sage. For the Oregano and Marjoram aficionados we have Marjoram gold splash, Marjoram gold tipped, Dwarf marjoram, Pot marjoram, and Oregano country cream.

For holistic purposes and to aid smooth and restful slumbers we have Lavender, Double chamomile and Roman chamomile- great in teas. For detoxing try Cardoon-used to produce a digestive tonic and to stimulate liver cells or Fennel/Bronze Fennel- with it rich aniseed flavour aids the digestion of fatty foods- and can be used as a mouth wash. Pink Bergamot Bergamot has a savoury and fruity flavour, an aromatic and stimulant, and improves digestion

For the medicinal purposes in addition to culinary we have Angelica- an anti-inflammatory herb that lowers fever, and has an anti spasmodic effect. Rock Hyssop has a sweet scent and a warm, bitter taste, a strong tea made of the leaves and sweetened with honey is a traditional remedy for nose, throat, and lung infections. It’s also used as flavouring for liqueurs such Absinthe.

For those who like to cure aches and pains the natural way we have Comfrey-traditional medicinal usage being as a poultice to calm bruises and swelling, Golden feverfew-is an  attractive ornamental plant but also lessons the sting of migraines.
